Amazon launches Health AI agent to provide personalized health guidance and manage appointments and prescriptions for Prime members

Amazon One Medical introduced a Health AI agent that provides personalized health insights, books appointments, and manages prescription renewals. The agent can connect users to One Medical providers via message, video, or in-person care.

The Health AI reviews a user's conditions, medications, and health history to deliver personalized guidance, and can access medical records (with permission) to provide a better, connected experience across late-night questions, test result clarification, and symptom assessment.

Eligible U.S. Prime members using Health AI receive up to five free direct-message care visits with a One Medical provider for any of 30+ common conditions as an introductory offer.
