Anthropic has rolled out Reflect, a new analytics dashboard in Claude that tracks your usage patterns and task types.
While presented as a productivity insight tool, Reflect is designed to make you see Claude as indispensable to your work and to teach you better AI practices—nudging you toward deeper integration with Claude's features and discouraging you from switching to competitors.

Anthropic introduced Reflect, a built-in dashboard that lets users visualize their Claude usage patterns, topics discussed, and types of tasks they use the tool for. The feature is available in beta for Free, Pro, and Max users with memory turned on.
