NVIDIA announces DSX platform to give infrastructure builders a complete playbook for designing and operating AI factories.

NVIDIA announced the NVIDIA DSX platform at NVIDIA GTC Taipei on May 31, 2026. The platform brings together open source software libraries, APIs, reference designs, NVIDIA accelerated computing platforms and partner technologies for AI factory design, deployment and operations.

DSX MaxLPS enables AI infrastructure to maximize token performance per megawatt, allowing operators to run up to 40% more GPUs at their most energy-efficient operating point by combining 45-degrees-Celsius liquid cooling with in-rack optimization technologies. DSX OS provides open source, modular software for lifecycle management, runtime consistency, health automation, resiliency and multi-tenant operations.

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, stated that DSX enables infrastructure builders to simulate an entire factory before spending capital, validate performance before installation and operate with production-grade reliability.
