Singular Bank, a private bank based in Madrid, built Singularity—an internal assistant powered by ChatGPT and Codex—that helps bankers analyze portfolios in real time, prepare for meetings, and generate compliant follow-up communications.
The system accelerates routine tasks: meeting preparation from ~20 minutes to under 1 minute, call reports from 15–20 minutes to under 30 seconds, and investment arguments from 10–15 minutes to ~20 seconds. In a 30-day period, bankers executed more than 3,500 operations, averaging around 120 per day across 19 different workflows.
Bankers now spend more time advising clients instead of preparing materials. Because outputs are generated from approved data sources and structured workflows, the bank reports more consistent communications and improved traceability for regulatory reporting.
