Banana Pi releases BPI-SM10 Developer Kit and K3 Pico-ITX AI SBC based on SpacemiT K3 RISC-V chip, delivering 60 TOPS and supporting 30B large model local inference

Banana Pi officially released two AI computing platforms in April 2026: the BPI-SM10 (K3-CoM260) Developer Kit and K3 Pico-ITX 2.5-inch AI Industrial SBC, both built on the world's first RVA23-certified RISC-V AI chip.

The SpacemiT K3 chip features 8× X100 high-performance RISC-V general-purpose cores, 8× A100 dedicated AI compute cores, up to 130 KDMIPS general compute, and up to 60 TOPS of AI compute. It supports 4K@60fps video codec and runs 30B-parameter language models with inference >10 Tokens/s.

Power consumption ranges from 18W–35W, balancing performance and energy efficiency. Memory options include 8GB/16GB/32GB 64-bit LPDDR5 6400 MT/s, supporting UFS/NVMe high-speed storage for edge AI terminals, robotics, industrial control, and on-device LLM deployment.
