Anthropic raises $65 billion in Series H funding at $965 billion valuation

Anthropic announced a $65 billion Series H funding round at a post-money valuation of $965 billion, led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, and Sequoia Capital.

The company's run-rate revenue crossed $47 billion earlier this month. Anthropic has expanded compute capacity through agreements with Amazon (up to five gigawatts), Google and Broadcom (five gigawatts of next-generation TPU capacity), and SpaceX (access to GPU capacity in Colossus 1 and Colossus 2).

The $65 billion round includes $15 billion of previously committed investments from hyperscalers, including $5 billion from Amazon. Strategic infrastructure partners Micron, Samsung, and SK hynix also participated, alongside investors including Blackstone, Fidelity Management & Research Company, and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
