Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang announces super PC chip coming in fall; HPE stock surges 16% on better-than-expected results and upbeat guidance

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said at a Taipei conference early Monday that the company will release a super PC chip in the fall targeting Intel and AMD. The announcement sent shares of Arm Holdings, IBM, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and ServiceNow higher.

Huang stated that every company will have agents (AI systems that run autonomously and make decisions) operating inside it, and that each company will need its own operating system to run agents safely. He added that agents will use more tools than ever and the world is no longer limited by the number of people.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise stock rose 16% on Tuesday following better-than-expected earnings and upbeat guidance. HPE CEO Antonio Neri said he is confident enough in AI demand to issue 2027 guidance in June and does not see any AI demand peak on the horizon.
