The company operates a 'company brain' system that monitors every email, Teams call, calendar invite, LinkedIn message, and client Slack message, processing them against a living knowledge base currently tracking 400+ people, 260+ companies, and 80+ topics, with agents automatically enriching new contacts and updating wiki pages.

The system surfaces strategic connections automatically—such as flagging that a Big 4 partner's standards background aligned with a separate certification council initiative, leading to a founding council position the founder says he would have missed otherwise.
