COLIBRI Concept Library publishes CLF 0.94 pre-standard draft for single-concept file format, separating concept definitions from control-layer interpretation logic.

The CLF 0.94 specification defines a file format for expressing what a concept IS and what is perceptually typical of it, explicitly excluding detection logic, rules, algorithms, thresholds, and references to other concepts. The format is intentionally not yet final; the specification will be decided together with early adopters, implementers, and domain experts.

A reference concept implementation (C-005.cat) covers seven perceptual modalities — linguistic, visual, acoustic, signal, haptic, chemical, and electromagnetic — with genuine data including parametric SVG, synthetic FLAC audio, MFCC-13 features, fur texture properties, olfactory profiles, and infrared thermal data. A control layer reference implementation (clf_control_layer_v1.py) loads CLF concepts, matches multi-modal queries (text, acoustic features, signal data), and returns the best-matching concept with a full semantic audit trail.

The invention is protected by Finnish Utility Model No. 13913. Production use, commercial deployment, and integration into third-party systems requires a separate license from the rights holder.
