Nvidia signs $130 million, 10-year lease in Bengaluru, more than doubling its office footprint in India

Nvidia Graphics (a Nvidia subsidiary) locked in a $130 million, 10-year lease for about 760,000 sq ft across 12 floors at Bagmane Capital's Memphis South Tower in Mahadevpura, Bengaluru. The lease began on April 1, 2026, and includes a $3.6 million security deposit.

The deal represents one of the largest office deals in Bengaluru by size and more than doubles Nvidia's existing footprint in the country, expanding its AI and engineering base on the ground.

India is steadily becoming a key hub for global tech talent, especially in AI. As demand for chips, models, and infrastructure keeps climbing, Nvidia is deepening its on-ground engineering presence in the country.
