Singha beer heir accuses brother of sexual abuse, prompting company to dismiss him from executive role

Siranudh Scott, a fourth-generation member of the billionaire Thai family that founded Singha beer, posted a video this month accusing his older brother Sunit of repeatedly abusing him when he was a teenager.

Sunit, who is in his 30s, denied the allegations in a video clip posted online; Singha parent Boonrawd dismissed him from his executive role on Tuesday.

The case has prompted a wave of accounts from survivors of unconnected abuse in the conservative country.
