ServiceNow shares surge 7% in premarket as Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says agentic AI will create opportunities for software partners, not disrupt them

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said at Computex 2026 in Taipei that AI agents will create 'the largest opportunity' for software partner companies including ServiceNow, Palantir, Crowdstrike, SAP, and Synopsys, countering concerns that the technology would displace the sector.

ServiceNow's AI Control Tower platform provides centralized governance and management of autonomous AI agents (self-directed AI systems) across enterprises. Bank of America analyst Tal Liani called this role 'mission-critical' for organizations.

ServiceNow shares gained 41% last week, their best move since the company's initial public offering in June 2012. The broader iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF (IGV) rallied 21% in May, its best move since October 2001.
