Saints & Masters acquires Xencia to boost Microsoft cloud business

What happened

Saints & Masters, a technology advisory firm, has acquired Bengaluru-based cloud and AI solutions provider Xencia Technology Solutions. The deal adds Xencia's Microsoft expertise—including eight Microsoft Advanced Specializations and more than 500 cloud customers—to S&M's multicloud practice.

Why it matters

S&M is targeting revenue of over ₹1,000 crore from its Microsoft Cloud business over the next few years, and the combined organization expects to create more than 1,000 technology jobs as it scales its engineering and delivery capabilities. Xencia brings over 150 Azure-certified professionals and experience from completing more than 80 large datacentre migrations, strengthening S&M's ability to serve enterprises modernizing their cloud infrastructure.

What to watch

The combined workforce is expected to grow to more than 1,000 over the next two to three years, with Xencia's team of more than 350 engineers and delivery professionals based in Bengaluru and Chennai being fully integrated into S&M. S&M operates across India, North America, UK, Australia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.
