At this week's LogicMonitor Elevate event in Chicago, the company framed AI-driven observability as a move beyond static dashboards and endless alerts, toward governed automation and autonomous IT. The event's eight insights explored how Edwin AI, OpenTelemetry and application dependency mapping are being applied to hybrid environments.
Customer evidence formed a central part of the message. GlobalFoundries reported a 98% reduction in alert noise through Edwin AI and 98% deployment in six months, while also consolidating observability tools and integrating AI insights with ServiceNow. Elsewhere, an AI agent at Specialist Computer Centres identified a technical issue in roughly three minutes after engineers had spent 40 to 50 hours investigating it.
LogicMonitor's own transformation was also presented as proof: 95% employee adoption of ChatGPT within four months and more than 2,000 custom GPTs in the first year. Across the event, executives and partners emphasized that governance, executive sponsorship and phased automation are shaping how far enterprises move from AI experimentation to production-ready autonomous operations.
