Lenovo announced Lenovo AI Express, a program for deploying Lenovo Hybrid AI Factory with NVIDIA AI services, with shipment in as little as 15 business days, and three tiers: Small, Medium, and Large.
Why it matters
Lenovo says enterprises hesitate to adopt AI because products can take six months to a year to deploy, so fast shipment may lower that barrier; export approvals start the clock.
WHO IT HITSEnterprise IT teams and infrastructure buyers weighing AI deployments now have a program that promises shipment in as little as 15 business days, plus installation support and ongoing tuning. The 15–25 day targets appear to lower the planning burden for companies that have held off on AI hardware (hedged inference).

Lenovo's pitch rests on a simple diagnosis of the market: it says enterprises hold back on AI because ordering a product can mean waiting six months or a year for deployment. Lenovo AI Express is its answer, packaging hardware, enterprise software, and services so that configurations are largely pre-set, while still letting customers choose the AI models and components they want.
The program is tied to scale. Small handles focused inference for models sized 7B to 70B at 30+ TPS for dozens of users, Medium moves to higher-throughput inference and agentic AI at 70B to 400B for hundreds of users, and Large reaches full-scale generative AI models of up to 1 trillion parameters for thousands of users. Lenovo frames the customer journey as starting small and expanding, an approach it says is becoming established among systems integrators, and it presents this under Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage.
Beyond shipping fast, Lenovo says it will support installation of heavy hardware and include maintenance support, and that it will keep working with customers afterward by running periodic "health checks" such as GPU performance optimization and tuning, and by providing a roadmap for how AI usage might change. One caveat sits inside the timeline: the target days measure only time to factory shipment, and the clock starts after US export approval is complete.
