ElevenLabs reveals new investors in $500 million Series D, including BlackRock, NVIDIA, and celebrity backers; company surpassed $500 million in ARR and reached $11 billion valuation

ElevenLabs announced additional investors in its Series D fundraise first announced in February, including institutions BlackRock, Wellington, D.E. Shaw, and Schroders; enterprises NVIDIA, Salesforce, Santander, KPN, and Deutsche Telekom; and individuals Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria, and Squid Game creator Hwang Dong-hyuk.

The voice AI company surpassed $500 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), up from nearly $350 million at year-end 2025; CEO Mati Staniszewski reported the company added $100 million in net new ARR in Q1 2026, ending that quarter at roughly $450 million in ARR. The company's valuation grew from $6.6 billion last September to $11 billion this February.

ElevenLabs signed enterprise contracts with Deutsche Telekom, Revolut, and Klarna in the past quarter, and closed a $100 million tender offering (a second in roughly six months). The company plans to offer retail investors access through Robinhood Ventures, though details were not provided.
