Secure Code Warrior launches Amazon Bedrock security training modules through strategic collaboration with AWS

Secure Code Warrior and Amazon Web Services (AWS) signed a strategic collaboration agreement to develop interactive training modules for Amazon Bedrock, a platform for building generative AI applications and agents at production scale. The new content includes 4 Coding Labs, 4 AI Challenges, and 1 Walkthrough Mission.

The modules teach developers to identify and mitigate AI-specific risks including prompt injection, excessive agency, insufficient logging, and information exposure. Training focuses on securing infrastructure as code for Amazon Bedrock using Terraform, providing hands-on exposure in controlled, interactive environments.

According to Dylan Thomas, Senior Director of Engineering at OpenText, the training empowers developers to build secure-by-design habits and accelerate AI deployment into production while preventing risks like prompt injection and data leakage.
