WorkWhile appoints James Everingham, former Meta VP of Engineering, to Board of Directors

James Everingham, currently CEO of Guild AI and formerly Vice President of Engineering at Meta Devinfra, has joined WorkWhile's Board of Directors. He previously held senior engineering leadership roles at Instagram and Meta.

WorkWhile is developing three core capabilities: Operational Digital Twins (simulation environments to model workforce conditions and test staffing scenarios), Real-World AI Models (trained on workforce and operational data to improve scheduling and labor forecasting), and Enterprise Governance and Oversight (infrastructure for visibility over how AI-driven systems make operational recommendations).

The AI-native labor platform aims to help businesses improve staffing reliability, scheduling efficiency, and workforce planning across retail, logistics, light industrial, and hospitality operations through automation and operational data integration.
