GENISOM AI showcases mass-produced quadruped and legged robot platforms at ICRA 2026, claiming delivery of more than 10,000 units since December 2023 founding.

GENISOM AI, founded in December 2023, has produced and delivered more than 10,000 robotics units, positioning itself as a production-scale company rather than early-stage startup. The Beijing-based company displayed its M1 industrial-grade quadruped robot and L1-series platforms as mature, mass-produced systems at ICRA in Vienna.

The M1 quadruped is rated for a 30 kg continuous walking payload with a payload-to-weight ratio approaching 1:1, an IP67 protection rating, and up to five hours of runtime. Its in-house P85MAX-S joint actuator module delivers up to 180 N·m peak torque in an 86 mm diameter form factor weighing approximately 1 kg. The M1 Ultra variant adds 720° 3D spatial awareness using bird's eye view (BEV)-based temporal fusion—perception methods adapted from autonomous driving.

A University of Manchester team won first place at the IROS 2025 Quadruped Robot Challenge using a GENISOM L1 EDU platform. GENISOM AI's robotics have entered real-world applications including research and education, security patrols, and emergency response.

GENISOM AI offers partnerships beyond unit sales, including ODM (original design manufacturer) customization for robotics brands, software tools like the MATRiX simulation platform (combining MuJoCo physics and Unreal Engine 5 rendering), and open-source resources including RoamerX navigation software and an SDK available on GitHub.
