Flahy CEO Jagjit Singh told theCUBE + NYSE Wired that its knowledge layer links patient data to the model and decides which treatment route to take.
Why it matters
The company says it is deploying its platform with leading clinical laboratories and health systems, so graph-based reasoning is being pitched as a way to close care gaps.

Flahy's pitch rests on a distinction its CEO draws between ordinary data lookup and what he calls a graphical question by design. In his example, the query is not simply whether a patient has a genetic mutation or a high cholesterol marker, but whether a new clinical signal would change how that specific person should be treated. Answering that, he argues, requires traversing a large graph of biological and clinical information rather than querying a flat record.
Singh said the company spent years building that graph-based database and training its model to recognize relationships among data points. It works with graph technology companies including Neo4j, and Singh said Flahy has built its own proprietary engines because clinical decision-making is, in his framing, always a traversal problem. The open difficulty he named is longitudinal data: fitting wearable readings into the same graph as other health information so the system can read changes over time.
According to the company, FlahyLife already applies this to prevention, early detection and treatment selection, and Flahy says it is working with leading clinical laboratories and health systems to deploy the platform and close care gaps. Singh's stated goal is that connecting the graph lets the system reason correctly and serve the right people for the right test at the right time, though the body offers no independent measure of whether it does.
