IREN signs five-year, $3.4 billion AI infrastructure contract with NVIDIA

IREN will provide NVIDIA with managed GPU cloud services for internal AI and research workloads, including orchestration and cluster management software developed in collaboration with Mirantis. The agreement spans five years with a total contract value of approximately $3.4 billion.

The service will be delivered using air-cooled Blackwell platform systems deployed within approximately 60MW of IREN's existing data centers at its Childress, Texas campus.

Daniel Roberts, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of IREN, stated the contract demonstrates the company's ability to deliver fully managed cloud solutions beyond bare metal infrastructure to its customer base.
