Alpha Compute targets May 8, 2026 handover of first large-scale NVIDIA Blackwell GPU cluster with 504 B200 chips in Canada

Alpha Compute's ALPHA-01 cluster, comprising 504 NVIDIA B200 GPUs located in a Canadian data center, is in final testing and targeted for customer handover on May 8, 2026. The original March 31, 2026 launch date was delayed by four weeks due to hardware delivery delays from the manufacturer.

Upon ALPHA-01 launch, Alpha Compute's balance sheet is projected to reflect total assets of $48.1 million, total liabilities of $36.8 million, and total equity of $11.3 million. The cluster operates on 100% hydro energy.

Alpha Compute holds a contractual Right-of-First-Refusal to expand the Canadian facility to more than 1,000 NVIDIA B200 chips, with targeted go-live in August 2026 (ALPHA-03), doubling Canadian compute capacity within the same operating year.
