Rezolve AI, an agentic AI (AI that autonomously makes decisions and performs tasks) platform operator, generated $46.8 million in revenue in 2025, up from $2.0 million in 2024. In Q1 2026, it brought in $60 million and reiterated guidance for more than $360 million in 2026 revenue.

The company closed Q1 2026 with more than 950 enterprise customers, compared with 50 at the end of Q1 2025. Big retailers, professional sports teams, and luxury companies are already using Rezolve's platform for their AI agents.

December 2025 was Rezolve AI's first profitable month and also a record month for sales. In Q1 2026, the company posted a 66% GAAP gross profit margin.
