Shopify launches Tinker, a free AI app that bundles 100+ creative tools into one mobile platform

On March 26, Shopify released Tinker — a free mobile app that consolidates over 100 specialized AI creative tools (image generators, design editors, copywriting assistants) into a single interface, so small business owners no longer need to jump between separate apps.

Instead of hunting for individual AI tools and paying for multiple subscriptions, creators can access a unified toolkit from one place. The app reduces decision fatigue and friction when starting a design or campaign — users open one app instead of five.

For small merchants and solopreneurs already on Shopify's platform, Tinker lowers the barrier to producing professional-quality marketing materials (product images, social posts, ad copy) without hiring designers or copywriters.
