Dikaletus: open-source meeting agent script automates audio recording, transcription, and note generation using Mistral AI

The Meeting Agent is a script that records audio from microphone and speaker outputs using PulseAudio and FFmpeg, transcribes using Mistral's voxtral-mini-latest model, and generates structured meeting notes in Markdown format using mistral-medium-latest.

Features include speaker diarization (identifies different speakers), configurable timestamp granularities (segment, word, or none), context biasing for domain-specific terminology, and a terminal UI (TUI) with Breeze Dark theme for configuration and workflow selection.
