Terra Drone deploys Terra A2 interceptor drone in Ukraine for wide-area air defense alongside Terra A1

Terra Drone Corporation announced on May 19, 2026 that it has commenced operational deployment of the Terra A2 interceptor drone in Ukraine, operated by WinnyLab LLC on the frontline in the Kharkiv Region.

Terra A2 is a fixed-wing interceptor drone designed for wide-area surveillance with a top speed of 312 km/h, covers a 75-kilometer area, and flies for more than 40 minutes; it integrates with radar systems for unified surveillance, target detection, tracking, and interception.

Frontline feedback from Ukrainian operators confirms Terra A2 has met and exceeded published performance specifications in actual operations, with the Anti-Air Interceptor Drone Platoon Commander noting it is simple to operate and reliable in real operational environments.

Terra Drone plans to strengthen collaboration with governments and defense authorities across Japan, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific based on insights gathered from combat deployment.
