Intelic launches BASE, a European defense procurement platform connecting drone manufacturers across ten countries to speed deployment

Amsterdam-based Intelic announced Intelic BASE on May 4, 2026, a procurement hub for European Ministries of Defense. At launch, the platform connects manufacturers from France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Portugal, Latvia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, and Czechia. Named partners include Acecore Technologies, Airvolute, Avy, Beyond Vision, DeltaQuad, Height Technologies, Highcat, and TAF Industries, plus unnamed Ukrainian partners.

The platform integrates with Nexus, a shared command-and-control software layer that allows unmanned systems from different manufacturers to operate together in one mission. Nexus has been used in operational conditions in Ukraine since 2025. Intelic BASE allows governments to explore systems already designed for joint operations and connect directly with manufacturers, removing intermediary layers.

The consortium produces more than 100,000 UAVs per month and generates over $1.5 billion in sales. The platform reduces the time between identifying a defense need and deploying a system by giving governments direct visibility into available drone capabilities across Europe's defense industrial base.
