llm-anthropic releases version 0.25.1 with Claude Opus 4.8 support and new fast mode option

Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.8 model is now available through the llm-anthropic tool, alongside a new -o fast 1 option for organizations with that feature enabled on their account.

Default max_tokens for each model now defaults to that model's maximum output rather than 8,192, changing how much text each model can generate by default.

The llm-anthropic tool was used to generate content related to pelicans, demonstrating the capabilities of the Opus 4.8 release.
