In early May 2026, Nano Nuclear Energy announced a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Super Micro Computer to explore integrating microreactor-powered, on-site nuclear energy with Super Micro's AI server and data center platforms for clean, grid-independent AI infrastructure.

The partnership reinforces Super Micro's positioning of its rack-scale platform to work with different power models that hyperscalers and enterprises choose, alongside the company's expansion of its Data Center Building Block Solutions with liquid-cooled, OCP-compliant racks and Arm-based systems.

As a non-binding agreement, the MOU does not materially change near-term earnings catalysts or alter the primary risks around legal and export control issues that investors face when evaluating Super Micro Computer.
