Microsoft Build 2026 conference kicks off in San Francisco on June 2nd with new AI models, reasoning model, and Windows developer improvements expected

Microsoft's annual Build developer conference is starting today in San Francisco at Fort Mason with CEO Satya Nadella delivering a keynote at 12:30PM ET / 9:30AM PT. The event is being streamed for free online, and Microsoft is moving Build to a smaller, more intimate venue after previously holding it in Seattle.
