CyberAgent announced the launch of an AI adoption support service called "AI Consultation Room" (AI相談室) targeting marketing and communications staff at advertising client companies. The service guides participants from foundational AI literacy through to practical implementation.
The service operates in three stages: first, workshops on the characteristics and use cases of major generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini; second, support for custom AI creation and internal contest design; and third, ongoing assistance with KPI (key performance indicator) tracking including AI adoption rates and work-hour reductions for companies that opt in.
Current challenges cited in the market include uncertainty about which AI tools to deploy, difficulty integrating AI into existing workflows, and cases where AI adoption has not yet delivered measurable results.
