Cisco joins EnterpriseClaw AI agent platform with Automation Anywhere, NVIDIA, Okta, and OpenAI; leads industry alliance on optical connectivity standards for AI data centers.

Cisco Systems has joined Automation Anywhere, NVIDIA, Okta, and OpenAI to launch EnterpriseClaw, a coordinated AI agent platform (software that can autonomously perform tasks) for secure enterprise workflows. Cisco is also helping lead a new industry alliance focused on open standards for expanded beam optical connectivity in AI data center infrastructure.

EnterpriseClaw integrates Cisco's AI Defense and network security capabilities directly into multi-agent workflows running across cloud, on-premises systems, and secured enterprise networks. The expanded beam optical connectivity alliance includes Meta, AMD, Arista Networks, Oracle, and others working on the physical layer infrastructure for high-density AI data centers.

These moves tie Cisco's existing push around silicon, optics, and security to its role in shaping how AI workflows connect and run at scale, signaling the company is not only supplying products into AI workflows but also helping define how those workflows operate at scale.
