Utilidata announced a $40 million Series C extension, completing the round at $100 million total. The extension was led by existing investor Renown Capital Partners with participation from Keyframe Capital, following an initial $60.3 million close in April 2025.
Karman, Utilidata's power orchestration platform built in partnership with NVIDIA, is embedded at the rack level of data centers using a custom NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano module to provide real-time visibility and control of power utilization and unlock stranded capacity.
Utilidata's first commercial deployment with NexGen Cloud will go live in Montreal next month and target up to 50% additional usable capacity.
