Gomumari frames the Excel problem as a governance problem rather than a tooling one. In its account, ledgers stay locked to their creator because nobody has settled two questions: what the correct information is, and who updates it. Even installing no-code tools fails when the ledger's structure remains personal, Gomumari says.

The agent therefore works in four stages: receive the files, read them by content rather than filename, redesign with normalized items and duplicate cleanup on the client's existing platform, then migrate past data and reconcile counts and values against the original ledgers. Where it cannot determine the authoritative value, it asks the client instead of guessing — a design that deliberately keeps human judgment in the loop.

Gomumari says the system was honed through implementations moving core-system outputs and department Excel ledgers onto client platforms, including cases where filenames and contents did not match. It is also offered as a deliverables-based AI-BPO service for the same ledger conversion, letting clients choose between build-and-operate and output-only engagement.
