Arcfra and RackWare announce strategic partnership integrating disaster recovery and cloud migration capabilities to address post-VMware licensing challenges

Arcfra (Singapore-based cloud and AI infrastructure provider) and RackWare (California-based multi-cloud mobility firm) announced a partnership integrating RackWare Management Module (RMM) with Arcfra Enterprise Cloud Platform (AECP) to provide agentless, any-to-any replication during platform migrations.

The solution eliminates the 'dark window'—the period when businesses lose replication protection during migration—by maintaining active replication throughout the transition from VMware to other platforms, addressing the challenge that legacy tools like VMware Site Recovery Manager are locked to vSphere.

Key stated benefits include sub-30 minute RTO (recovery time objective), no performance degradation at failover, up to 60% TCO reduction by eliminating Broadcom VCF bundle costs, and removal of Broadcom from the critical path of IT resilience.
