Meta announced a new AI creator assistant on Facebook that provides creators with personalized recommendations based on content style, performance, community, and goals. The assistant answers questions like "When should I post?" and "What are people saying in my comments?" and allows follow-up questions.

The assistant helps creators brainstorm content ideas by drawing on what's trending (such as trending audio or cultural moments) and can suggest how audience engagement has shifted over time. Creators can also use a lip-sync feature to align AI-translated videos with their lip movements.

The assistant is rolling out to creators in the U.S., Canada, and India, with Meta planning to add new capabilities and expand to more countries. Over half a billion users on Facebook are now watching AI-translated videos weekly, with new translation languages including Arabic, Bahasa Indonesian, French, Thai, and Vietnamese.
