The company is moving into a new London headquarters triple the size of its existing office and doubling its UK headcount to 200 people across research, engineering, sales and other teams this year. Alex Holt was appointed Field CTO to lead core engineering teams and forward deployed engineering, working with the company's largest enterprise customers.
ElevenLabs already operates voice AI programmes in Ukraine (powering voice agents for the Diia app and government hotlines providing 24/7 support), the Czech Republic (handling over 5,000 calls per day about employment benefits), and Greece (enhancing public services and preserving endangered dialects). Current UK enterprise customers include Revolut (which uses voice agents to serve 4 million customers in 30 languages across the UK and Europe), Deliveroo, and Trainline.
