KnowledgeSense adds auto-naming to ChatSense Notebook

Generative AI has made it quick to produce slides and diagrams, but the article points out a side effect: as the number of generated files grows, it becomes harder to tell what each one is and to find the one you need. While more companies use generative AI, how to organize the output afterward has become a new problem.

KnowledgeSense's answer is to attack the naming step. Its ChatSense Notebook already creates slides and diagrams from internal materials and shows them in a list, and the new function automatically attaches a name that indicates the content. Because names can be edited and edits carry through to the downloaded file name, the company appears to be aiming at the whole path from creation to later management, not just the act of generating material.

Whether this meaningfully reduces the search burden is likely to hinge on how accurately the auto-generated names describe the contents, since a list is only as useful as its labels. For teams already producing many AI-generated documents, the test is whether the names hold up when several files cover similar topics.
