gantt.guru offers shareable Gantt charts with two URLs (editing and read-only) that require no account signup; Checklister separates templates from instances with token-based access control; Personal Timeline is a single Go binary storing entries in SQLite with automatic hashtag indexing and cryptographic sealing to OpenTimeStamps.

The combined hosting bill for the three tools is a few euros a month, the author owns the code and data outright, and can modify anything when workflows shift—a cost-benefit ratio that was not available two years ago.
