The partnership aims to give companies a single path from adopting AI to improving operations and advancing DX. Tenda has supported business improvement and DX through TRAN-DX, and by adding Maruchan to its AI solution menu it can propose a platform already proven in actual operation inside the Marubeni Group. In the other direction, Tenda's sales resources will be used to propose TRAN-DX and Maruchan together to Marubeni I-DIGIO Group's customers.
Maruchan itself supports multiple LLMs including GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and provides RAG that pulls from internal rules, manuals, and past materials to answer with supporting evidence. It also offers AI agents and tools for PowerPoint generation, transcription, AI-OCR, and report creation, covering legal, HR, general affairs, and sales work. For corporate use, the body notes governance features such as log and audit trail management, access control, feature limits, and data storage in Japan, with input data not reused for model training.
The two companies say they will strengthen their setup for delivering AI solutions matched to each company's business challenges. They plan to keep promoting combined proposals of TRAN-DX and Maruchan to support generative AI adoption and DX.
