Anthropic's October 8, 2026 update bundles two beta tools with a broader release of previously beta features. Dashboards connects to data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake, and CRM tools like Salesforce, and it can send data to analytics tools including Amplitude, Grafana, Hex, Mixpanel, Omni, Perplexity, PostHog, and Sigma, with Looker, monday.com, and Tableau support planned. Motion builds on Claude's code-generation ability to animate text, charts, shapes, and images, so words, numbers, and timing can be edited freely; it does not use a video-generation model, so no generated footage or AI-generated people appear. Videos can be exported as MP4 and further edited with tools such as Adobe, Descript, HeyGen, Higgsfield, invideo, Luma AI, and Runway, with Canva and Captions support planned. In the same update, Claude Docs, Slides, and Design moved out of beta to general availability, including for free users, and Claude Design was integrated into Claude.
