The mismatch between system output and operator need is not a failure—the structural answer was correct—but a dimensional incompleteness: the author's comprehension is narrative and causal, while one environment's dense dependency tables and tool registries reframed the question into purely structural terms, terminating retrieval before narrative sources were consulted.
