Talent and Assessment began an API integration linking its AI interview service SHaiN with Humanage's recruitment system i-web, sending registered applicant data to SHaiN and automatically returning interview results to i-web.
Why it matters
Recruiters no longer re-register applicants or transcribe results by hand, and can manage applicant information and selection status in one place, which may reduce workload and support consistent, explainable evaluations.
WHO IT HITSRecruiters and hiring teams using i-web can avoid duplicate applicant entry and manual transcription of AI interview results, keeping selection status in a single system.

The starting problem is that AI interviews alone do not remove the administrative work around hiring. Even with an AI interview service in place, applicant registration, interview guidance, and result entry remain manual tasks, and if the interview tool is not connected to the recruitment management system, staff still re-enter applicant data and copy evaluation results by hand.
The integration addresses that gap directly. Applicant information registered in i-web is sent to SHaiN, and after the interview the results are automatically reflected in i-web, so duplicate registration and transcription are no longer needed. Recruiters can then manage applicant information and selection status within i-web.
The companies also frame transparency as part of the rationale. In AI-based candidate assessment, consistency of judgment criteria and the explainability of evaluation grounds are presented as important, suggesting the linkage is meant to support both efficiency and clearer evaluation records.
