LUXEED unveils LLounge MPV and Stormax SUV at brand launch

LUXEED's launch builds on Chery Automobile's earlier global strategic partnership with NVIDIA, formed earlier this year to conduct joint R&D across high-level driver assistance, in-cabin AI, and robotics. That collaboration is aimed at accelerating the industrial deployment of Physical AI, the transition of AI from virtual models into real-world applications.

The two flagship models, the LLounge MPV and the Stormax SUV, are presented as embodying this shift, with the automobile redefined as an intelligent entity capable of perception, comprehension, and decision-making. LUXEED describes its driving system as powered by an industry-leading World Model for Autonomous Driving that integrates multi-modal sensor data and has undergone tens of millions of iteration training cycles.

Beyond the vehicles, Chery's embodied intelligence brand AiMOGA has opened global pre-orders for its first home companion robot, MOBO. This suggests the group is extending its smart innovation footprint beyond cars, though how these efforts connect commercially remains to be seen.
