Spesia added an "AI consultation on data and measures" chat to Flowgent, its Amazon operations analysis system. Answers to questions like "what should I fix first?" draw on the seller's own ad and sales data, and include a guide to the relevant screen plus a projected profit improvement.
Why it matters
Sellers often stall at deciding where to start improving, and general-purpose generative AI alone cannot keep pulling and correctly calculating a user's own data, so this aims to close the gap between analysis and execution — likely helping smaller teams act faster.
WHO IT HITSAmazon sellers and the ad-operations staff who manage their listings are the direct users; ad agencies and consulting firms are also invited to use it as a base for analyzing client ad and sales data and ordering priorities, under terms different from the standard user plan.

Spesia positions Flowgent not as a pure efficiency tool but as something that shows the evidence behind each suggestion, so sellers can judge for themselves. The company describes it as taking on the roles of analyst and consultant, with the stated goal of increasing the number of Amazon sellers who keep producing results and reducing those who withdraw.
The new chat sits on top of five foundations Spesia says generative AI alone struggles to cover: continuous data acquisition through Amazon's official API only, fixing figures such as profit amounts and target gaps by fixed rules, governing execution so bid changes apply only when the seller presses after checking the screen, recording and accumulating each user's product-level figures, sales events and past measures, and onboarding support. Because the accumulated data grows the longer a seller uses the service, Spesia says earlier adoption makes it function as a better AI analyst; that is a claim about the product's design rather than a measured result.
Representative director Takaaki Jinnouchi said generative AI is a strong ally for ad operations, but accuracy of figures and responsibility for execution remain with the business. He said Flowgent will keep incorporating generative AI while handling data linkage, calculation and confirmation, centered on supporting growth of sellers' total profit. Spesia also said it will keep expanding those foundations as generative AI evolves, and that features added in future updates will be available to existing users.
